I booked a mansion combination tour… How does that work?
You have booked a specific date and time for the bus tour, and we will drop you off at the mansion at the end of your bus tour. The mansion tours depart every 30 minutes on the hour and 30 past. Depending on the time we drop you off, you might need to wait for the next available mansion tour. However, you will never wait more than 30 minutes. When planning the tours, we need to take into account the operating hours of the mansion. Therefore, the mansion combo option can only be offered at earlier tour times, since the mansions would not be open long enough for guests to fully explore them otherwise. The mansion is conveniently located across the street from the Visitor Center where the bus tour begins.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded and cannot be rescheduled because your space is being guaranteed at the event.
What if it rains?
